INTRODUCTION:

Many companies /employees normally forget their customer once the delivery is done without realizing that customer is a King / Queen of the Market. As per my understanding, the era has gone when we used to talk about customer satisfaction. But now the era has come not to talk or think about customer delight but to act on that.
In my opinion , business means “ to be in a business that is called a business” So If we want that then only one thing which can help us to run the in a business that is called our attitude…I would say Positive A++i+ude towards customer mean in a nut shell we have to be Customer Focus………………..
