Apprisal is like a result of any exam.. believe me it will take a breath for a moment. Today I have gone thorugh that Experince in my organization. Since it was a 4th so i was a cool but still it had its own charm and value. I am thankful to God that i got a planned in post last apprisal. And because of that I got a good one this time..
